Yellow Sapphire and Diamond Pendant 18ct White Gold
Gorgeous yellow sapphire and diamond pendant. Bright and vibrant pear shape yellow sapphire measuring 9mm x 7mm, with a diamond top. Two bands of brilliant cut diamonds crossing over each other to set off the bright yellow sapphire perfectly. The eleven white diamonds are set in a mill-grain setting. All mounted in 18ct white gold. A chain will run straight through the back of the pendant, nice size opening to accommodate most chains.
