My wife adores the Rolex and the shock and surprise on my Daughter’s face when she opened the B&M was priceless and worth every penny.

The B&M has more meaning than just being a watch it offers my daughter a safety net financially should she ever get in trouble especially abroad if we are not around.

I bought a blue and gold Rolex submariner from East Grinstead Watch Company and have been so impressed from start to finish.

From being in the shop where I was well looked after and when I had some trouble shooting Paul was kind enough to answer his phone on a Sunday evening and help me without any hesitation.

Weeks later my watch had to be sent off for an adjustment to be made and once again there was no problem too big or too small. Didn’t buy anything from this shop but would say its worth a visit. Lots of stock, all seemed in good condition, clean and tidy premises, friendly enough staff and was offered a drink which was quite nice. Some of the prices seemed a little high but to be fair its a long time since I owned or bought a Rolex watch and I guess prices may have gone up? One gripe is that I wanted to see some more watches but the shop was too busy and it meant waiting a long time. Good to be able to send a review through their website. More than pleased with my purchase and customer service. A very well run, family style business and it’s easy to see why this shop is so successful at what they do. I never felt pressured to buy anything and there are no pushy sales staff and no rush. I really liked that aspect in particular and that alone would encourage me to go back.

On the downside there are no public toilets available at the shop and I had to find one in a local pub. Not a moan but after travelling such a long way these facilities would be a bonus. Overall a very positive experience.

Not only did I get to meet Paul in person and to buy a watch from him but also met a famous lady in his shop so a double whammy for me as I’ve always been a bit of a fan. You could have knocked me down with a feather, as the saying goes. A great day out and I absolutely adore my new Rolex Daytona.

Was very nervous about buying a Rolex over the internet. I read some reviews and was still nervous. After all Paul would only post the good reviews on his website, right?

Despite my fears I went ahead and made the purchase. The advice I received was first class and then when I opened my watch I realised the reason all Paul’s reviews are good is because there probably aren’t and bad ones! I would not hesitate to buy from his company again.

It’s always a pleasure to deal with Items of Beauty, they are a very professional company and I have never had any issues with them having purchased two watches from them. One Omega and one Rolex. Would use again and again.

I prefer to use Items of Beauty because they do not use high pressure sales techniques. I can spend an hour in the shop trying different watches on but there is never a pressure to buy. Paul clearly loves his watches and it is a passion for him and not just about pound notes. A refreshing attitude indeed.

Its a worry buying things as expensive as a Rolex watch from the internet, but all my fears were unfounded. Paul was a dream to deal with, next day delivery and a watch that was better than I’d hoped for. FIVE STAR service from top to bottom.

Bought two watches from Items of Beauty East Grinstead Watches. Both brilliant, minor issue with one that was quickly resolved, extended my warranty and even paid for my postage. Can’t say fairer than that. Excellent customer service.
